Candidates with strong technical leadership, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams in product development, process engineering and customer engineering support, experience developing strategic and tactical business plans, defining resource needs, development schedules, budgets and ROI objectives, and experience with implementing product development phase gate and product development processes, expert in structural composite materials and applications we would like to hear from you.
Must have a minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience with 5
years in engineering/technical leadership position
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science or Composite Materials Engineering), advanced technical degree preferred.
Must be an enthusiastic technical leader and expert in structural composite materials and applications with demonstrated leadership and team building skills
Strong operational and project management skills
Solid understanding of engineering technical issues and needs, including financial, sales and marketing as it related to product design and development
Experience with fiber reinforced pultruded composite structures
Relocation will be offered to out of area candidates
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
