Must Haves 5
years of multi-site Regional Property Management experience (1,000
units) in various asset classes (market, affordable, 55+) Experience with property management software Yardi (or equivalent), RENTCaf , and proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to travel to properties in the portfolio to physically inspect and check in routinely Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with owners, vendors, coworkers, and residents Role & Responsibilities In this role you will oversee the management and operations of a portfolio for residential properties.
It will be your responsibility to maximize your properties performance metrics through leadership, teamwork, and communication.
This role will office at one of the properties within your portfolio.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Manage and develop a team of community managers, leasing agents, and maintenance technicians.
Direct the implementation of all INH policies, objectives, and activities throughout the portfolio.
Develop annual operating budgets, review performance, oversee financial and operations reports, lease-ups, and the overall success of the portfolio Direct communication with property owners, INH partners, and the support staff in the corporate office Manage a heavy workload with ongoing projects and shifting priorities as unexpected situations arise Compensation:
