Position Overview:
As a Property Manager with our company, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management and operation of our properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing tenant relations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and execute leases and renewals.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Conduct property tours and handle leasing inquiries.
Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant concerns.
Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs and apartment turns as needed.
Implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Handling financial management, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate records using property management software.
Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Experience in property management or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts with tenants effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
