gymnasts in our Recreational and Preschool program.
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones and emails, and designing ads and social media content.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent written and oral communication skills, and must enjoy working with kids! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors Assist customers with iClassPro accounts, registrations, event booking, classes, and other questions Answer incoming calls and emails Actively participate and assist in marketing initiatives including ad designs, brochures, flyers, in-house digital ads, and social media content creation Assist with other projects as needed Aid in the cleaning and organization of common spaces Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs Experienced in Microsoft Publisher and Canva Excellent writing skills Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
