We're looking for a Store Manager for our coming soon ROCHESTER, MN Store! In this role you'll lead your team to success by developing their skills as leaders, their abilities as planners and business owners and their passion for people.
You'll learn all the in's and out's of the off price retail landscape.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of both Front of House operations and Back of House operations.
You'll learn how to merchandise, flow, markdown and manage these departments to a profit and potentially earn yourself an annual bonus! You will also be the role model of the Manager-On-Duty and help guide your leadership team in proper execution of this vital role! Sound interesting? Send us your resume! Some basics:
Have at least 5 years of progressive leadership background with at least 2 as Store Manager.
Have a great attitude with a people first mentality.
Have a leaders mindset, knowing that you're only as strong as your team.
Of course we have other requirements, but let's get the conversation started! Note - Training is a 3 week paid training course in an existing Training Store.
Often times this may be in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Eastern Wisconsin.
We will send you to different Training Stores with different specialties to ensure you get the best exposure to our company, process and culture.
Candidates would be placed in a hotel, at the companies expense, during their training period.
Additionally - If you are hired significantly before a stores open date, we may ask you to work remotely for half a work week and in a nearby store for the other half.
This will allow you to build your team, and continue to build your Ross Skills before your store opens.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
