Attention to detail is key and impacts the service we provide to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility will be getting equipment ready for next days production.
Clean all interior areas of trash and debris.
Sweeps areas on a regular basis.
Cleans equipment and empties trash bins.
Will be responsible for snow removal in areas such as sidewalks and guest pathways during winter months.
This includes the use of snow-blowing machines, de-icers and shovels.
Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and electrical is preferred.
Maintain preventative maintenance routine as assigned.
Maintain compliance with Company and government policies and procedures including EPA, HAZCOM, SDS training.
Maintain tools and parts inventory procedures as needed.
Other job related duties as assigned by management to include cross-training.

Must meet attendance requirements.
Constant attention to detail/deadlines.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.

Must be able to perform all the essential functions of the job.
Ability to take direction on required company procedures when conducting preventative maintenance in a room.
Assume other duties as required by management.
