As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Transcribe messages and relay them to the appropriate staff members - Operate phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages - Type and proofread documents, including correspondence and reports - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
