Office Manager
Total Vision Eyecare, PLLC Total Vision Eyecare, PLLC Rochester, MN Rochester, MN Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $90,000 a year $60,000 - $90,000 a year Total Vision Eyecare is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and leadership minded individual to join our fast growing, professional and modern optometry practice in Rochester, MN.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily collections and billing Frame buying and inventory management Oversee and assist staff with daily ordering of eye glasses and contact lenses Lead bi-weekly team meetings Audit bills, returns, patient invoices, RA's Oversee staff scheduling and payroll reports Serve as a direct contact point for office owner and optometrist (s) Manage staff to ensure the highest quality patient experience in both the optical and patient care side Fill in as necessary in other temporary roles as needed (optical sales, technician, etc) Communicate with remote billing company to ensure proper processing and follow up of patient claims Assist current staff in training of new opticians, technicians, and front desk Requirements:
Familiarity with medical billing, filing of insurances, vision claims Fluency with EMR's Strong technology background Experience leading a team in a medical setting required, optical sales is a plus Strong selling/sales background Ability to motivate staff Be able to diffuse stressful situations 2 years experience in optical or healthcare office management desired Working knowledge of pre-testing/optical technician role or ability to learn this quickly College degree is a plus but not required Experience with overseeing an office move into a larger space is a plus
