Summary:
Warm and Inclusive Ambassador:
Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all customers engaging with Community Education.
This involves welcoming and assisting visitors, instructors, and staff, responding to phone inquiries, providing information, processing registrations, and managing cancellations with a friendly touch.
Additionally, help design user-friendly way-finding tools to make everyone's experience smoother.
Supporting Quality Youth Enrichment:
Collaborate with the program coordinators to enhance our Youth Enrichment offerings.
This includes a range of clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling, content creation, writing, editing, proofreading, and preparation of materials for graphic design.
Responsibilities also encompass generating class rosters, labels, and correspondence.
Instructor Assistance:
Provide valuable support to program instructors by confirming logistical arrangements, ensuring they have all necessary class materials and supplies, and coordinating room setups.
You'll also assist in making schedule adjustments when needed, contributing to seamless program execution.
Financial Accuracy:
Keep a keen eye on financial transactions by reconciling daily deposits, ensuring that everything is in order.
Team Player:
Be a reliable team player by aiding fellow clerical colleagues when they require support due to varying workloads.
Versatile Contributor:
Be prepared to take on various responsibilities within your level of responsibility as assigned by your supervisor, showing adaptability and versatility.
