7K a year 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago The Delivery Driver/Store Support position (also known as Store Customer Service Representative) is responsible for accurately and safely delivering products to customers as well as providing store support as needed.
This may include checking in freight and non-application parts, mixing paint, processing customer returns, resolving customer concerns, assisting counter customers and taking phone calls.
Additionally, the individual in this role is responsible for assisting with maintaining the store appearance, security, safety and daily operational standards, as set by the manager.
JOB DUTIES:
Ensure accurate, safe and timely delivery and pick-up of products Complete paperwork accurately and on time Maintain the company vehicle by periodic washing, keeping the interior clean and organized and by checking engine fluid levels as required Assist with phone inquiries Resolve customer concerns or complaints Ensure that customers receive world-class service in having their needs met by Auto Value MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must understand and abide by federal and state driving rules, practices and procedures and have familiarity with the territory for the position Automotive Parts knowledge or sales experience preferred; training is available Familiar with store operating procedures preferred Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills Familiar with store operating procedures.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
