ResponsibilitiesPerforms as patient for educating students in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, and other trainees.
Participates in outpatient interviews for classroom and testing purposes.
May be videotaped in both classroom and testing situations.
May be asked to appear in educational videos.
QualificationsPrevious acting experience preferred.
Must meet certain clinical demographic specifications depending on case needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to attend additional workshops to enhance skills as a Standardized Patient.
The individual should be capable of portraying the role of a male between the ages of 18-40.
The individual must be fluent in both English and Somali.
Exemption StatusNonexemptCompensation DetailThis position has a predetermined rate of $22.
