We are a leading contractor in SE Minnesota, with most of our work being performed in the local area.
We are looking for motivated and reliable individual to join our team! This position provides communication and direction to a crew and keeps them on track to complete jobs in a timely manner.
This person should be motivated, and not afraid to get their hands dirty, by performing tasks anywhere from laborer duties to operating equipment.
We require:
Previous experience in an underground water and sewer role 2
years of equipment operation experience Strong communication skills Ability to effectively run a crew while keeping a Teamwork mindset Ability to think critically and make on the job decisions A positive and approachable attitude Regular and reliable attendance We offer:
