Trissential is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Rochester, MN (Remote and Part Time).
Responsibilities Position
Summary:
The Project Manager oversees the planning and delivery of the project to achieve business objectives.
The Project Manager will work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional stakeholders, and project team to plan and develop project scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, and deliverables to achieve project objectives with quality.
Throughout the project, the Project Manager will assess and manage risks and opportunities, track and report progress, manage issues, facilitate decisions, and manage change for the project while skillfully leading teams to maximize performance and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, business acumen, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, political savviness, and experience using multiple methodologies and tools.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways, implementing improved or new solutions.
Works on complex issues using specialist knowledge where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Recommends changes to procedures.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and sets priorities for large, complex technical or business support projects.
Determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals and provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems and proactively assesses risk to establish procedures to protect organizational assets.
Manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing and often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Frequently interacts with Leads/Senior Professionals, clients, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or clients and the company.
Partner with project sponsor, stakeholders and project team to ensure project objectives, scope, and risks are clear, understood, and all delivery plans are aligned and managed Develop and manage budget, schedule, and plans for project and be accountable for delivering the project to stated objectives, with quality and to the client's satisfaction Assess and manage all project risks and opportunities, track and report progress, manage issues, facilitate decisions, and manage change to ensure successful delivery Ensure organizational impacts of the project are properly assessed and plans are in place to make sure the organization is ready to adopt and sustain process and/or system changes introduced by the project Raise awareness of risks and issues in a timely manner that could impact a successful project delivery and/or expected project benefits.
Provide project leadership with options for corrective action Lead and manage diverse team members to optimize productivity and engagement Ensure the project operates in accordance with client policies, standards, and governance practices Operate with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Effectively and carefully manage client's time spent in meetings, workshops, or other project collaboration activities All other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Performance Measures:
