The Nurse Administrator of Care Management directs and supports system wide Care Management activities to drive improvements in patient progression, patient flow, and throughput.
This is a newly created position for the overall planning, direction and implementation of roles, processes and programs including:
Case Management and Social Work Services.
Education and experience Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Master's degree in business or a health-related field.
Minimum of five
years in progressive leadership responsibility Minimum of three years care management/coordination experience in an acute care - inpatient hospital care environment.
License or certification - Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
- CCM or ACM certification preferred.
Recommended Skills Human Resources Leadership Mentorship Training And Development Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
