Through management of policies and procedures, budgeting, and referral follow-up, the Administrator/DON is responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources.
Additionally, this role oversees the dynamic interdisciplinary teamto ensure compliance and excellent patient care.
Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency.
This individual drives team work, leads by example, and has a focus on quality care.
This role will provide both operational and clinical oversight for our Rochester and Mankato hospice offices.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
