As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs and renovations to keep our hotel operating smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
Assign, direct, and evaluate the work of employees.
Hire, train, supervise department staff Implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the hotel.
Prepare capital expense recommendations for 1-2 year period annually.
Participate in hotel annual budget process.
Coordinate with Director of Revenue to make room inventory decisions as it relates to implementation of projects.
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
