They offer a complete benefit package, salary range of $60K - $80K
10% target bonus.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide proactive human resources leadership and expertise Promote a safe, productive, and cohesive culture that enhances the value of human capital Perform HR Generalist responsibilities including hiring, benefits processing, and plant safety management Recruit, screen, interview, and perform reference checks Participate in the hiring decisions for hourly, full-time, part-time, and seasonal openings Administer federal and state employment laws, state workers compensation laws, and federal and state safety laws Ensure all company policies and programs are adhered to and administered fairly and consistently throughout the plant The following qualifications must be met to be considered for the position:
BS/BA - Human Resources, Business, or related (equivalent HR experience considered) Entry-level HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge with employment, workers' compensation, and safety laws as they relate to a food manufacturing plant Understanding of current practices and trends in the field of talent management Job Type:
