Overnight, Direct Support Professional

At this time you are not required to stay awake during an overnight.
Overnight DSPs may sleep during an overnight shift.
As an Overnight Direct Support professional, you will be stationed at a home to respond to client cares/concerns as needed.
While you are sleeping during these overnights it is important that you have the ability to wake up and respond to any situation.
Sleep hours are normally 10pm to 6am, however times many vary.
Job Expectations/Requirements:
Experience welcome but not required.
Must be able and willing to work with Males and Females.
Must be able and willing to provide personal cares (toileting, changing briefs, brushing teeth, showering/bathing, dressing).
Must be willing to wake up if/when needed to respond to client cares.
Staff receive minimum wage for sleep hours.
Overnight Direct Support professionals will be paid at their set wage for any awake hours.
ARSYS offers paid time off, holiday bonuses, Health Insurance, 401K, and regular reviews with wage increases.
Sleep pay is minimum wage, and awake pay is $13
based on education and experience.
