Overview:
Madonna Living Community, a Benedictine Health System Community, is seeking a Full-time RN Supervisor.
This position is for 1st shift, Monday - Friday and scheduled holidays.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for administrative and clinical leadership for the nursing staff and ensures the staff meet the mandatory training requirements, by managing the staff development program.
Manage the quality assurance program regarding guest, family, and staff satisfaction, safety, and risk management, strategic planning, and develop and maintain policies and procedures.
Implement and monitor the nursing department budget and recommend acquisition of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications Required:
Licensed Registered Nurse.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
CPR certified.
Ability to communicate with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Qualifications Preferred:
Management experience in nursing.
Experience in a long term care setting.
