25 an hour The Southeastern Minnesota Center for Independent Living, Inc (SEMCIL) has Direct Support Professional (DSPs) openings for Part-time and Full time hours.
Urgent need for 2-3 hours evening shifts up to 12:
00am.
Additional flexible shifts include daytime through late evening and weekends, servicing PCA and Homemaker recipients in Rochester and surrounding areas.
DSPs provide services and supports to people with disabilities of all ages in the recipient's home or community.
Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services may include assistance with activities of daily living such as; bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping and accompanying to community participation.
Homemaker services may include cleaning the recipients homes such as; cleaning kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, meal preparation, organizing, accompanying to essential shopping, etc.
Previous caregiver experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates must be dependable, have good communication skills, and have reliable transportation.
Background check will be required.
Hourly wage is $15.

Training is provided by the recipient and/or an RN as requested.
