This is a hands on position supporting 5 Jersey Mike's store, based in Rochester for most of the time and supporting Eau Claire and Onalaska on occasion, we're opening a second store in Rochester and Eau Claire later this year.
Daily support is hand on, leading our best practices working the line, coaching team members and supporting managers in store & admin details.
Compensation $22/hr plus $4/hr tips, guaranteed $26/hr before OT.
Payroll processes tips, no missing out.
Bonus - average $300 month, $3600 yr Managers target schedule 50hr week, OT over 40, plus tips & bonus bring average pay to over $29/hr, total $76,000 to start.
