Our company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rochester, MN! You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties under the direction of the Property Manager and Supervisor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective repairs to a portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties.
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests in a timely matter.
Prepares make-ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with a quality move in.
Maintain lighting systems throughout several facilities.
Maintain grounds of facility or property (if applicable).
Responsible for scheduling and monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors.
Assist with special projects as directed by Supervisor.
Change filters on various HVAC systems.
Qualifications General maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing , HVAC, and electrical knowledge.
Boilers License (preferred).
Ability to interact day to day with staff, tenants, vendors, and building owners.
Minimum 5 years in the industry.
Experience working with computers and various building control systems (preferred).
Microsoft Suite proficient.
Have and maintain a valid Drivers-license.
On call scheduling may be required to respond to after hours emergencies.
Able to work independently and be able to manage time wisely.
