Responsibilities:
Greet every patient with empathy, a smile and enthusiasm Check in patients in an accurate, timely, and professional manner Assist patients with completing all necessary forms Verify and update patient records Ability to have difficult conversations Schedule follow-up appointments Follow cash handling guidelines and procedures Collect fees from patients and process payments Facilitate timely and accurate flow of communication with clinical staff Fax and scan documents Correspond with other professional offices Maintain the office's presentation by organizing and cleaning the space Qualifications and Skills High school diploma Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of multi-functional computer software Solution focused Reliable and punctual Self-Starter Organized and exceptional time management Adapt quickly to change Strong attention to detail 1
years of customer service experience required Employment is contingent on successful passing of a background check and drug screening, and your eligibility to work in the U.
