The General Manager will work cooperatively with members of the Master Board of Directors and staff employees for maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for Valhalla residents.
The General Manager for Valhalla Park Condominiums must have education and other experiences that demonstrate competence in bookkeeping practices, budgetary planning, word processing skills, literacy in computer technology, and general office and business management practices.
This person must also demonstrate evidence of effective property management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in planning, directing, and supervising the activities of office staff, caretakers and maintenance staff.
The position requires good written and oral communication skills.
