Immediate Reports to:
Director of Escrow Rochester Title is currently seeking a full time Closing Coordinator/Construction Disbursement Processor for our Rochester office.
This position will offer assistance to the Director of Escrow while working alongside other highly experienced Closers and Processors.
Construction Disbursements, Title knowledge, confidence and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done is a requirement.
Customer satisfaction skills must be exemplary! Qualified applicants MUST have 2
years of experience in providing support to a highly productive real estate closer.
Professional presence, excellent customer satisfaction skills, time management, accuracy, proficiency with technology, strong organizational skills and desire for longevity is a must.
Knowledge of RamQuest is helpful.
JOB DUTIES Opening new buyer and seller orders Maintaining a closing schedule calendar for closers Scheduling purchase, sale and refinance closings Reviewing commitments and clearing title matters Drafting preliminary documents and entering numbers for Closing Disclosures Final packaging of closing files Construction Disbursements General office duties as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel Professional and clear phone and email etiquette STRONG sense of urgency and problem solving skills GREAT attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision Top notch organizational skills & excellent verbal and written communication Working knowledge of operating standard office equipment and systems Title or real estate background preferred Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
