Great NEW opportunity brought to you through McCord Executive Search. This position is located in the Rochester, MN area and is a newly created position due to continued growth.
As Structural Product Development Engineer, you will work with customers, field organization and the engineering team to develop superior fiberglass structural products. You will identify product opportunities, verify design requirements, lead new product development projects, define product specifications and quality requirements, provide technical and design information to customers and their Sales/Marketing team, along withworking with the Operations team to achieve cost and quality objectives in production.
Qualifications:
Engineering bachelor's degree required, with a preferred degree in Mechanical engineering, Civil/Structural engineering, or Composite materials engineering. An advanced engineering degree is a plus.
Three or more years of industrial experience in design and testing of structural products are required.
PE registration or ability to obtain within 2 years is desired.
Must be proficient in the use of CAD system, preferably SolidWorks, and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, are essential.
Must work well with customers, the field organization and within cross-functional teams.
Must be self-motivated with strong desire for hands-on product development.
Experience in managing product development projects from concept to volume production is needed.
Experience in fiberglass composite materials product development and testing is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
